Orders and Confirmation

Orders may be placed by telephone or online at www.stagefrontmusic.com.au. Acceptance of orders is entirely at the discretion of Stagefront Music. Orders are not accepted by Stagefront Music until we provide you with an email confirmation of your order.

Prices and Payment

The prices and products advertised on this site are for sales from this website only. Prices and product availability may vary between Stagefront Music retail store and this website due to our different customer offers.

Unless otherwise specified, the prices shown on this website include GST but do not include tuning, delivery and transit insurance. The delivery price for goods and the applicable insurance surcharge for the goods in transit will be shown separately at the checkout before orders are placed. In some cases where delivery to your area is not a part of Stagefront Music’s standard delivery zones, the freight value will be displayed as “TBA”. In these instances you will be contacted by an Stagefront Music representative within two (2) working days, providing you with a freight quotation. Until this quotation is agreed by you, you are under no obligation to continue with your order, and a full refund for any monies already paid for the ordered product will be given if you do not wish to continue with your order. Orders can only be accepted where an Australian address is given for delivery. Except for print orders and small parcels, we require someone to be present at the place of delivery to confirm delivery. Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the given address.

Full payment for all orders, including orders for Products that Stagefront Music needs to order from suppliers must be made at the time the order is placed.
We accept Paypal, Credit Card payments via Paypal, Money Order, Bank Cheque or Direct Deposit. Additional processing time is required for Money Order, Bank Cheque or Direct Deposit.

Availability and Delivery

Please note that certain products may need to be ordered from suppliers and delays may occur depending upon availability from suppliers. This may, on occasions include products that are currently ranged as part of Stagefront Music’s core store offer, where current stocks are exhausted.

Every effort will be made to source the product on behalf of our customers in a timely way and, for orders of print which will not be available to ship within days we will contact you following receipt of your order and provide you with an estimated delivery time. Stagefront Music recommends that you contact our sales staff on (03)9331 5711 before placing your order to ensure that you clearly understand the likely delivery time for your order. Please note, however, that because we are reliant on suppliers and freight companies, we cannot guarantee delivery times even where we have provided an estimate.

Where more than one item is ordered, items may not arrive simultaneously. There will be no additional freight charge to you in this instance unless your items are sent separately at your request.

Please note that certain products may not be available where existing stock is exhausted and suppliers are unable to meet orders from Stagefront Music. Where this is the case and you have already placed an order we will notify you as soon as practicable after we become aware of the non-availability and will refund your purchase price in full.

Warranties

All new products are sold with the supplier’s limited warranty. The terms of the warranty vary depending upon the supplier and product. Except to the extent required by law or to the extent otherwise specified, Stagefront Music provides no separate warranty. Freight costs on returns are to be paid by the Buyer.
